INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Potato

Corn flour

Refined oil

PROCESS TO PREPARE:
- Take a deep shaped bowl and two boiled potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes properly so that there should be no lumps in it.
- Now add 1 cup bread crumbs, 2 table spoon corn flour and salt in the mashed potato.
- Mix the bread crumbs, corn flour, salt and potato evenly so that it comes out to be a soft non sticky dough.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
- Now take a medium size plate and flatten the half amount of potato dough with the help of hand or flat shaped container.
- Use a cookie cutter and cut them in round shapes. Remove the extra dough from the side after cutting.
- Use straw to make eyes and spoon to make smile.
- Now deep fry the potato smiles in hot oil till golden brown.
- Your Potato smiles are ready to serve with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
