Veg Sandwich



INGREDIENTS:

Bread
6 slices
Boiled Potato
2
Chopped Capsicum
1 cup
Chopped Onion
1 cup
Tomato sauce
1 cup
Butter
As required
Cheese
4 cubes
Cumin seed
1/2 tea spoon
Salt
To taste
Refined oil
2 tea spoon

PROCESS TO PREPARE: 

  •     Wash the onion and capsicum thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.

  •  Now take two boiled potatoes and mash them properly so that there should be no lumps.
  • Add chopped onion, capsicum and salt in it.
  •  Mix them nicely and keep it aside.
  • Take a deep frying pan, add 2 tea spoon of refined oil. Heat the refined oil and temper the cumin seeds.
  •  Add the potato mix in it and cook for 2 minutes. switch off the gas and keep the mix in a separate bowl. 
  •  Take two bread slices and spread the mixture on one slice and sauce on other slice with the help of a spoon.

  •  Add grated cheese on the potato mix bread slice.
  •  Join both the bread slice. Same way complete the other bread slices.
  •  Now with the help of a brush grease both the side of the sandwich with butter.
  •  Grill the sandwich and your yummy veg sandwich is ready to eat.
