As per taste

PROCESS TO PREPARE:
- Wash the Raw pumpkin, potato and coconut slices then cut them in square pieces.
 
- Take a pan, add 3 table spoon of mustard oil and heat it.Now add 1 bay leaf and panch phoran in it.
 - As soon as you get the crackling sound of panch phoran add potato and fry until it becomes golden brown.
 
- Add the raw pumpkins in it and fry for few minutes. 
 - Now add dhaniya(coriander) powder,jeera(cumin) powder,
haldi(termeric) powder, salt, coconut pieces and green chilli and mix it well. Put a lid on and cook on low
heat till the pumpkin and potatoes are done.   
 
- Finally add sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes.
 - Your Kumro Aalur Torkari is ready to serve.
