INGREDIENTS:
Semolina /Rava

PROCESS TO PREPARE:
- Wash the raw vegetables and finely chopped them and keep them aside .
- Take a kadai / Pan add 3 tablespoon of oil / ghee in it.
- Let the oil to heat and in the mean time you get ready with mustard seed, chana dal, peanuts and curry leaves.
- Add mustard seed and allow it to crackle. Then add chana dal, green chili and currry leaves. Fry them for 30 sesonds, then add peanuts.
- Fry it for 2 minutes, then add finely chopped carrots.
- Fry it for 1 minutes, then add finely chopped beans.
- Fry it for 1 minutes, then add finely chopped green and yellow capsicums.
- Fry it fir 1 minutes, then add finely chopped onion.
- Fry it for 1 minutes, then add 1 cup of Samolina / Rava and salt.
- Fry it for another 2 - 3 minutes.
- Now start adding water little by little and keep on stirring to avoid lumps in Upma. As soon as the water is absorbed again add water and keep on stirring.
- Now you will see that Rava / Samolina grains are swollen and they are cooked.
- Your Upma is ready to serve.
- Always cook in medium flame.
- Always add water little by little not together.
- You can add vegetable according to your choice(must be fresh).
- You can use cashews nuts instead of peanuts.
