Boiled Potato

PROCESS TO PREPARE:
- Wash and peel the raw potatoes, then boil them.
- Now arrange all the ingredients on a plate.
- Take a big mixing bowl and add potato, onion and cheese slices. Mix them well.
- Now add roasted cumin powder, semolina, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, chopped green chili (optional) and salt to taste.
- Mix all of them properly and make a dough.
- Then divide the mixture to equal parts and make balls.
- Now flatten the balls and give any shape of your choice .
- Heat oil in a pan and start frying them until golden brown. (fry on a medium heat)
- Keep flipping them to both the sides to fry.
- Serve Hot Crispy Aloo Tikki with sause of your choice.
