Aloo Tikki Recipe



INGREDIENTS :

Boiled Potato
2 medium size
Onion finely chopped
1 big size
Peanuts (roasted & crushed)
10-12
Semolina
1 table spoon
Roasted Cumin powder
1/2  teaspoon
Cheese slice
2 - 3
Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Handful
Salt
To taste
Green chili finely chopped
1-2 Optional
Refined Oil
For frying

PROCESS TO PREPARE:

  •   Wash and peel the raw potatoes, then boil them.
  •  Now arrange all the ingredients on a plate.

  •  Take a big mixing bowl and add potato, onion and cheese slices. Mix them well.
  •  Now add roasted cumin powder, semolina, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, chopped green chili (optional) and salt to taste.
  •  Mix all of them properly and make a dough.
  •  Then divide the mixture to equal parts and make balls.
  •  Now flatten the balls and give any shape of  your choice .
  •  Heat oil in a pan and start frying them until golden brown. (fry on a medium heat)
  •   Keep flipping them to both the sides to fry. 
  •   Serve Hot Crispy Aloo Tikki with sause of your choice.

Banana Pancake Recipe (without sugar)



INGREDIENTS:

‏Ripe banana
2
Egg
1
Milk
1 cup
‏Baking powder
1 Teaspoon
Baking soda
1/4 Teaspoon
‏Salt
1/2 Teaspoon
‏Vanilla essence
1 Teaspoon
‏All-purpose flour
1 and half cup
‏Refined oil
As required


PROCESS TO PREPARE:
  • Take a big bowl and mash ripe banana until smooth with the help of a fork.

  • Add egg in it and mix it well.
  • Take one cup of milk and add in the mixture.

  • Mix them well with the help of a hand beater.
  • Now take all purpose flour 1 and half cup, baking powder 1 teaspoon, baking soda 1/4 teaspoon and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.


  • Mix all of them until it becomes a smooth batter.
  • Finally add vanilla essence and mix it well.
  • Take a frying pan and grease it will little bit of oil.
  •  Now with the help of ladle pour the batter on the frying pan.
  • Let the pancake cook until bubbles form before flipping the pan cakes.
  •  Now flip the pan cakes and cook until golden brown.
  • Your pan cakes are ready to serve. 
  • Serve hot with chocolate syrup / honey / maple syrup or any other topping of your choice.
  •  
    Note:
  • cook in medium flame.
  • All purpose flour can be interchanged by wheat flour.
  • You can add powdered sugar its optional.
