Aloo Tikki Recipe



INGREDIENTS :

Boiled Potato
2 medium size
Onion finely chopped
1 big size
Peanuts (roasted & crushed)
10-12
Semolina
1 table spoon
Roasted Cumin powder
1/2  teaspoon
Cheese slice
2 - 3
Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Handful
Salt
To taste
Green chili finely chopped
1-2 Optional
Refined Oil
For frying

PROCESS TO PREPARE:

  •   Wash and peel the raw potatoes, then boil them.
  •  Now arrange all the ingredients on a plate.

  •  Take a big mixing bowl and add potato, onion and cheese slices. Mix them well.
  •  Now add roasted cumin powder, semolina, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, chopped green chili (optional) and salt to taste.
  •  Mix all of them properly and make a dough.
  •  Then divide the mixture to equal parts and make balls.
  •  Now flatten the balls and give any shape of  your choice .
  •  Heat oil in a pan and start frying them until golden brown. (fry on a medium heat)
  •   Keep flipping them to both the sides to fry. 
  •   Serve Hot Crispy Aloo Tikki with sause of your choice.
